CEO / Lead ProgrammerAlfred has been in coding since his early teen years and has kunfu programming skills. He has worked on a wide range of projects which include internet banking applications, Job search portals, corporate intranets & extranets, SMS apps etc.
Alfred love's doing what he does best, programming, programming and some more programming.
When Alfred not working he is doing research, coding some nifty applications , playing his XBOX 360 or playing with his son.

She has a solid understanding of what quality really is, after previous experiences from working in a medical lab, developing and implementing a successful marketing strategy for a startup graphic design firm, its only natural that she comes into nCodedev Labs as a gem.
When Gifty is less busy, she's catching up with friends and family on Facebook, doing some research, some more Facebook and occasionally lighting up our office with her humor.

Senior Web DeveloperMordecai's keen interest in Internet Technologies has become his ultimate ambitions since 2004, when he started diving deeper into web programming.
He is one of our best talented programmers and with his years of experience as a developer, he sees to it that all projects are completed before scheduled. He has skilled in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, C++ and Java. Mordecai enjoys bowling, listening to motivational messages on his ipod and at times can find him coding when he is supposed to be sleeping.
